| The
best way to care for your Fuzzybuzzy is to wash it in the wool
or delicate cycle and let it air dry or tumble dry low. The
flannel side of fleece/flannel combo blankets can be ironed
with a cool iron. Fleece resists stains, does not fade, shrink
or fray and although fleece used in the manufacture of Fuzzybuzzy
blankets is anti-pil, fleece may still pil with time and wear.
Pil can be removed using a lint brush. Fleece/flannel combo
blankets will remain soft but flannel may fade slightly. Following
correct washing instructions will minimize fading. |

and Conditions |

Please
read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and
conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We
will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to
purchase the goods under the Sale of Goods Act, subject
to these terms and conditions.

Goods
are subject to availability. If we cannot dispatch an
item to you within the specified time we will notify you
and at your request we will cancel the order and refund
your money in full.

The
price for the goods will be as stated at the time of ordering.
Prices are in pounds Sterling. There are no hidden charges.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price of items.
If, due to an error, the price published for the goods
on our website is wrong we will inform you of the correct
price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.
If the goods have already been delivered, we may give
you an opportunity to return the goods and receive a full
refund of the price and any delivery charges you have
paid for the goods.

All
prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges
which will be payable by the customer at the time of placing
the order.

All photographs and descriptions on our website are for
the purpose of giving a description of our goods.

We
will supply goods that are free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if
required by law) from the date of delivery. This does
not affect any other statutory rights that you may have.
- We shall retain legal title
to the products until all payment has been made in full.

If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility
for everything other than damage due to our negligence
will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the
goods to you. If goods arrive damaged you must inform
us within 14 days and we will replace the goods or refund
any money paid for the goods.

We
have the right to terminate any contract between us
without penalty. In the event of termination we shall
refund to you any money paid by you to us.

We
do not offer credit facilities.

Failure
by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will
not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms
and conditions.

without prior notice.

placed at Fuzzybuzzys.co.uk are processed via Nochex
or Paypal
which use SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Secure server
technology is acknowledged as an industry standard for applications
requiring a high degree of security. Secure pages (for payment
processing) are recognisable by the prefix https:// at the
beginning of the web address. The addition of th 's' means
that the site is secure. Once an order is placed an e-mail
confirmation containing the order details will be sent immediately.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to
combat fraud, to process your order and to provide you with
the best possible service, we need to collect information
about you. This includes: your name; address; phone number;
email address; and credit/debit card details if paying online.
This information, which is collected lawfully in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998, will be accurate and
up to date. It can be checked at any time by emailing us.
Any inaccuracies will be deleted or corrected promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely
using technologies designed to maintain high levels of security.
- We
will not e-mail you unless you have given us your consent
and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing
email from us in the future.
- We
ma, from time to time, use software to track the patterns
of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using
a "cookie" which may be stored on your browser.
The information collected in this way can be used to identify
you unless you modify your browser settings. You can modify
your browser to prevent this happening by going to Tools/Internet
Options (on the browser toolbar), selecting the Privacy
tab and adjusting the slider bar setting to between Medium
and Block all cookies.

| Gift
wrapping |

| Customers
can choose to have items gift wrapped.
Items
marked for gift packaging are wrapped in bright yellow paper
and tied with orange curling ribbon. The gift message is hand
written on an attached colourful Fuzzybuzzy gift tag. Gift wrapped
items are posted in white postal boxes. |

| Postage |
 |
| Personalised
orders are posted up to 5 days from the date of order by Royal
Mail, first class post recorded delivery service. Customers
will be notified via email if the blanket ordered is delayed
for any reason. The order should arrive within three days from
the date of despatch. At present we deliver blankets to the
United Kingdom only and cannot deliver to PO boxes. If your
order is a gift and is to be sent to a different address from
the billing address, please complete all of the recipient's
address information on the order page carefully. Postage costs
are calculated using weight based shipping - £4.25 per
item. |

| Returns
and complaints |

We
are sorry but refunds cannot be offered on personalised orders.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with
a non-personalised purchase, please return it in the original
packaging requesting a refund, within 7 days quoting the order
number and stating your reason for return.
Faulty
goods can either be replaced or refunded. This does not affect
your statutory rights. Faulty blankets should be returned
in the original packaging within fourteen days quoting the
order number.
In
the unlikely event of a complaint, please email
us with details and we will endeavour to deal with your complaint
as quickly and efficiently as possible. |

| Cancellations
