| How
to personalise a blanket |
 |
| 1.
Choose a fleece by selecting the option you want from
the drop down menu. |
| 2.
Choose a flannel by selecting the option you want from
the drop down menu. |
| 3.
Input the baby's name, forename only. Enter the name as
it is to appear exactly on the blanket. Please check spelling
very carefully as mis-spelt blankets cannot be fixed. |
| 4. Optional - if you
require an additional line of text, select this option,
otherwise select None. Input
a second line of text in the text box, entering the lettering
or numbering as you want it to appear exactly on the blanket.
Text input in error or with the Additional text selection
set at None will simply be ignored. |
| 5.
Choose one embroidery design by selecting the design
you want from the drop down menu. Click on the link to
view the available options. Colours used in the embroidery
designs are altered slightly to coordinate with each fleece
colour. |
| 6.
Choose a text script style by selecting the style you
want from the drop down list or select 'Let us choose
for you'. Click on the link to view the options available. |
| 7.
Choose a thread colour for your lettering by selecting
the style you want from the drop down list or select 'Let
us choose for you'. Please select a colour of thread that
contrasts with the fleece colour you have chosen, otherwise
it will not stand out. Click on the link to view the options
available. |

| How to order
online |

| 1.
Once, you have made your selection and personalised the
blanket of your choice, click the buy button. You
will be forwarded to view the contents of your basket.
Please check all spelling carefully at this stage. |

2. Click the checkout button. |
| 3.
Complete the section entitled 'Please enter your customer
details'. |
| 4.
If shipping to an address other than the billing address
please complete the section entitled 'Shipping details
(If different from above)'. |
| 5.
Click the checkout button. |
|
6. You will be shown a total price for your purchase(s),
click on checkout again |
| 7.
You will receive a confirmation message and details of
your order on screen. |
| 8.
Your order will be emailed to you at the address you supplied
during the order process. A second email from the payment
processor, Nochex, will confirm payment details. If you
wish you can leave feedback via Nochex for future Fuzzybuzzys
customers to read. |
| 9.
Should you select to Email order and send a cheque as
payment, the order will be despatched once the cheque
has been received and cleared. |

| How
to remove a blanket from the basket |
 |
| 1.
Select Basket or Checkout |
| 2.
Find the item you want to remove |
| 3.
Check the box beside the item you wish to remove |
| 4. Click delete |
| 5.
Proceed to the Checkout or continue shopping |
